This role will operate from their head office site in Manchester City Centre and the successful applicant will play a key role in the production of the management accounts and in-depth financial analysis.

Description
The key responsibilities of a Finance Business Partner will include:
- Work with the internal business units to collate budgets throughout the year
- Produce month end reports with a focus on Gross Income (GI) including preparing and reviewing the deferred income schedule and GI reporting documents
- Run finance inductions for new starters
- Attend monthly Senior Leadership Team meetings, providing analysis of the previous month's performance, and challenge future performance
- Work with the internal team, running WIP meetings, monitoring any actions and challenging financials of the agency
- Run regular commercial masterclasses and refreshers with the team
- Produce and review monthly reporting for the network
- Support junior members of the team by delegating tasks and providing guidance to support their development
- Liaise with multidisciplinary teams so that they understand how and when to involve you and the rest of the Finance team
- Be a sounding board for all team members regarding work-related challenges
- Build strong, positive relationships and be a trusted point of contact for any queries, escalating where appropriate
- Understand the roles and responsibilities of other departments and manage their involvement in projects appropriately
Profile
The Successful Finance Business Partner will be:
- Previous experience in a Finance Business Partnering role or Finance Analyst
- A part-qualified, active studier ideally with a few exams remaining
- Have month end experience including accruals, prepayments, and management accounts
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills as well as proficient knowledge of Accounting software
- Previous stakeholder management within finance and wider teams
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial principles to non-finance colleagues
- Excellent problem-solving skills
Job Offer
The role offers:
- Salary of £40,000 - £45,000 based on experience
