Mid Level Software Tester - up to £35,000 - Hybrid in Leeds
I'm working with a fast-growing technology company in Liverpool who are seeking a mid-level Software Tester. This role is perfect for someone with 3+ years of commercial experience of software testing both front and back-end applications.
You would be collaborating with developers, product designers and UX designers to test new features and improvements on both their web and mobile rota management apps. You would be responsible for raising detailed bug tickets and participating in developing and maintaining automation test suites.
Responsibilities:
- Logging bugs/defects on JIRA through the SDLC
- Involved in advising on improvements in software to enhance user experience and within processes and procedures to improve quality and efficiency.
- Writing and implementing test plans and script
Essential experience:
- Solid experience in both manual and automation (open to programming languages)
- ISTQB
- Experience in regression testing, exploratory testing, stress testing and UAT
- Experience in manual testing for APIs.
- Experience working in an Agile software development environment.
- Web and Mobile testing
- SQL
