The Role
As a Paraplanner, you will play a vital role in supporting our mortgage advisers by conducting research, liaising with lenders, and ensuring smooth application processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis for mortgage advisers based on client needs
- Communicate with lenders to understand criteria and product options
- Assist in the preparation and submission of mortgage applications via lender portals
- Support advisers in delivering tailored solutions to clients
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and mortgage products
- Provide administrative support as required
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual with experience in financial services. You will have:
- Previous financial services experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- The ability to work well within a team and independently
- Keen interest in progressing into a Mortgage Adviser role
- Experience with lender portals (desirable)
