Here at GXO, we are looking for a full-time permanent Warehouse Trainer to join our team in Rushden. You'll deliver training, ensure new & current employees are given the necessary induction and skills training, and continually look for innovative and progressive ways to improve speed to competence.
You will be working any 5 days out of 7, on AM and PM shift rotation, which is expected to move into a permanent shift when the operations grow and more trainers will be required to join the team.

What you'll do on a typical day:
- Deliver group training for existing and new colleagues, as well as cross-training
- Create innovative and progressive ways to improve speed to competency
- Maintain records of training activities to ensure legislative requirements are met
- Ensure effective communication and sharing of best practice to achieve a consistent approach
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Operational warehouse experience
- Experience in delivering classroom training to large groups and knowledge of learning cycle
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills and administrative experience
