Contact Centre Team Leader Permanent £37,000 High Wycombe

Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Contact Centre Team Leader on a permanent basis, for an organisation based in High Wycombe.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Contact Centre Team Leader:

  • Monitor and manage KPI's
  • Ensure all areas of work complies with policies, procedures and protocols
  • Deal effectively and promptly with escalations from the team
  • Work with the Contact Centre Manager to develop and deliver service improvement plans, including any processes and procedures
  • Develop effective working relationships with other internal teams and stakeholders
  • Maintain customer confidentiality
  • Support in delivering of the out of hours service
  • Actively promote and work in accordance with all relevant policies and legislation

Essential Requirements of the Contact Centre Team Leader:

  • IT literate
