Responsibilities:

- Be accountable for maintaining strong financial management and ensuring that operations function smoothly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and foster professional relationships by delivering comprehensive commercial insights regarding inventory, profitability, margin analysis and more.
- Serve as a commercial partner to the Managing Director, supporting business strategy, identifying opportunities for process and technological enhancements, and taking leadership on the financial aspects of business decisions.
- Take lead on various financial projects and supporting the Managing Director with budgeting, forecasting, internal financial reporting, KPI's, and cashflow.
Requirements:
As a Head of Finance, you will need...
- Proficiency in analysing P&L statements and company accounts, having a strong grasp of the factors influencing profitability and cost management.
- Expertise in preparing annual budgets and forecasts, coordinating with other leaders to prioritise expenses.
- Proven examples of implementing new systems and strategies.
- An established accounting qualification.
