International organisation with a reputation for quality and innovation are looking for a Finance Assistant to join their established finance team.
Your new role
This role will be involved in all areas including
- Reconciling supplier accounts and liaising with suppliers on any queries
- Intercompany reconciliation of accounts receivable & accounts payable
- Assisting with the month end close & reconciling balance sheet accounts
- Processing Purchase invoices and payment to suppliers
- Raising Sales Invoices, issuing credit statements and reconciling
- Accrual and prepayments
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent IT skills, excel, SAP, Oracle or similar accounting software
- Experience within sales & purchase ledger, including credit control
- AAT qualification or similar would be advantageous.
