FUNDING ADMINISTRATOR - BURTON - PERM - 25-30Kpa

To support the CFO by coordinate the execution of all vehicle funding transactions, ensuring that the business secures appropriate fleet finance solutions in a timely and commercially advantageous manner. To maintain and develop efficient working relationships with all of the business's funding partners.

Working closely with the CFO and in conjunction with the Procurement Team to arrange funding for all fleet vehicles. This includes;

  • Investigating the optimum funding solutions for potential new business deals through credit appraisal assessments and engaging with Funding Partners to establish their ability and appetite to provide a solution.
  • Collating and circulating relevant documentation and information to Funding Partners for deal consideration.
  • Ongoing communication and day to day coordination of deal progression between Finance, Procurement and Funding Partners
  • Verifying, collating and checking funding documentation for presentation and signature by the CFO (or other Director).
  • Coordination of deal progress to satisfactory and timely completion in line with fleet 'go live' targets.
  • Collating, filing and organizing of all funding documentation and correspondence in such a manner that it can be readily accessed.
