Male LSA - Full-Time Role in Dinas Powys Area
We are seeking an experienced Male Learning Support Assistant for a full-time position at a primary school in the Dinas Powys area, starting ASAP. This role involves general TA duties with a focus on supporting students through occasional 1-1 work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general classroom support across various subjects
- Assist in managing student behavior and maintaining a productive learning environment
- Support two specific students with regular movement breaks to help them stay engaged
- Encourage and motivate students, ensuring they remain on task and engaged
Requirements:
- Prior experience working within a primary school setting
- Confident working 1-1 with students as needed
- Must have or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS check and EWC registration
