Day to day of the role:
- Deliver dynamic and inspiring lessons in Physics, Biology, and Chemistry to secondary or post-16 students on a supply basis.
- Adapt to different school environments and uphold each school's academic standards and teaching methodologies.
- Assess student understanding and provide feedback to support their scientific learning journey.
- Implement effective classroom management techniques to ensure a productive learning environment.
- Collaborate with permanent teaching staff to ensure a seamless transition and continuity in students' learning experiences.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is required.
- Experience in teaching Science, with a focus on Physics, Biology, and/or Chemistry, is highly beneficial.
- Flexibility and adaptability to integrate into various educational settings.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an engaging learning atmosphere.
