£38000-£41000 + Van + Bonus + Benefits (Pension & Health Care)
Award winning Building Services Consultancy have seen exciting expansion over the last 5 years and are looking to continue their growth and currently require a Qualified Electrician or Approved Electrician to join one of their electrical divisions.
Established over 50 years ago, they cover both the commercial and large domestic sector and focus all work in the North-West (Manchester and surrounding area). Overtime is available to all (optional) and due to their team set up no call-out is required thus providing all staff with a healthy work/life balance encouraging staff retention.
To apply for one of the electrical positions the following is ideally required
- 18th Edition, AM2/Time Served, NVQ Level 3 (if approved 2391 or equivalent)
- Full driving license
- Ability to cover the Manchester area.
- Experience quoting for electrical remedial and minor works.
- Experience in a supervisor or team leader role desirable (not essential)
Current projects teams are offering the following work
- Static Site - Stockport (maintenance, reactive and upgrades) - all work will be on this site, so the role does not come with a van but does offer additional training and a company bonus
- Small Works - Cheshire area - Specialist domestic and small commercial projects (maintenance, reactive and upgrades - role comes with a van, additional training, and a company bonus)
- Projects team - Manchester area - large commercial (some maintenance but mainly refurb - 1st/2nd fix etc) - role comes with a van, additional training, and a company bonus. (They also have a supervisor role available)
The Qualified Electrician or Approved Electrician will be provided with a full benefits package including van, personal bonus, and additional training, work will mainly within 45 minutes of your home location and an opportunity to progress either into a QS role or 'off the tools' is on offer.
