We are currently working with a number of great clients who are in need of support with various business support positions across northwest London. We are looking to register talented and reliable candidates who are looking for temporary roles and flexible with assignments.
As a member of our temporary business support staff, you will be placed with various clients to assist with their administrative and business support needs. Responsibilities may include:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Managing emails and correspondence
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Preparing and editing documents
- Data entry and database management
- Providing general administrative support
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business support or administrative roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different work environments
- Flexibility to take on short-term assignments
