We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Assistant within a leading Public Sector organisation in Manchester.
Duties will include:
- General maintenance
- Fire alarm testing
- Maintain Emergency Lighting
- Checking fire doors
- PAT Testing
- Supporting the trades staff with any required works
- Carrying out reactive and planned repair work
Essential skills / qualifications:
- Previous experience within maintenance/trades
- Training given on site
