Customer Support Analyst

A progressive tech business based in Birmingham is seeking a talented Customer Support Analyst to act as the first point of contact for clients and get stuck into any compliance administration. As an innovative and reputable business, this opportunity would suit an enthusiastic and personable individual with a desire to achieve.

The role will be heavily client focussed with both internal and external customers seeking process improvement. You must be able to work collaboratively and efficiently in order to communicate across the wider organisation.

The role will be multifaceted. As first line analytical support you will be dealing with:

  • Incoming queries via various platforms
  • Investigative work in relation to problems and resolutions
  • Research of products and on-going projects
  • Extensive reporting on progress and improvements
  • Business development and researching of new clients

Alongside this, you will be involved in some interesting compliance support. This could include understanding rebate calculations, collating documents, monitoring invoices, validating any adjustments for clients and on-boarding new clients.

Ideally you will be a graduate-level individual with excellent academics and a keen eye for detail. They are seeking a Support Analyst who is proactive, enthusiastic and hard-working. The successful individual will have good IT skills (Excel), excellent customer service ability and a knack for problem solving. Preferably you will already have some office experience behind you.
