We are working with a leading independent manufacturer, which specialises in the installation of bespoke steel and sheet metal fabrications. Due to expansion we seek to recruit additional permanent experienced Fabricators to work for our extensive portfolio of high-quality fabrication and installation projects. This would be to work on the back shift which is 2.00-1.00am Monday - Thursday - Fridays off.
As an experienced Fabricator you will be responsible for providing a high-quality service to our clients. We have a full order book and ambitious expansion plans and this is an ideal opportunity for you to join us and set the bar for our team.
In your new role as our Fabricator Welder, you will :
- Produce bespoke work for a variety of industries from aeroplanes, monorails, gantries, conveyors, safety rails, platforms, and ducting
- Mainly working in mild steel, experience of working in non-ferrous metals would be advantageous, a small amount of our work is in stainless
- Experienced in reading and interpreting drawings and specifications is a must
- Supporting our clients, on site, as some of our work is required on the clients premises
- Experienced with MIG, TIG and STICK welding

The benefits are, Fridays off, 3 day weekend, auto enrol pension (5%), 28 days holiday, Xmas shut down, good working environment, nice culture, solid order book. Salary is dependent on experience up to £20.00 per hour. However, we can accommodate fabricator / welders who are just starting in their career, provided you can start on a temporary basis for a work trial and work the pm shift.
