Commercial Account Executive
to take on and grow a well-established portfolio of corporate clients, currently generating around
£308,000
in income. The book includes clients across
construction, manufacturing, hotels, property, and motor fleet
, with 4–5 key clients contributing over £100k.
This is a client-focused role with a strong emphasis on relationship management, retention, and strategic renewal planning. While primarily focused on servicing, there's flexibility to tailor the role for those interested in growing a smaller £200k book through new business opportunities.
The business will consider candidates
based in Leicester, Northampton, or Milton Keynes
, and offers the autonomy to manage your own diary with regional travel as needed.
We're looking for an experienced Commercial Account Executive with a strong understanding of mid-corporate risks and the commercial insurance market. You'll be consultative, self-motivated, and confident in delivering tailored solutions while remaining compliant with FCA and Consumer Duty standards.
