Contract - SharePoint Administrator

The Administrative Coordinator is critical to ensuring the success of this large-scale migration project, facilitating a smooth transition for users. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of digital operations, contributing to the overall success of the digital transformation.
What You'll Do:
As an integral part of the SharePoint development team, you will support the Wiki Migration Project by:
- Assisting with data migration, ensuring accuracy and consistency in the transfer process.
- Collaborating with various departments to review and organize content, making sure it aligns with the new SharePoint structure.
- Using a migration tool to export data and troubleshoot any issues that arise, escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Providing user support, answering queries, and offering technical guidance as staff transition to the new system.
- Maintaining detailed records of progress, flagging any discrepancies, and participating in platform testing to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Taking minutes during team meetings and performing other general administrative duties as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use MS Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, Teams) to manage project requests and monitor migration progress.
- Operate migration software (training provided) and log any issues for review.
- Provide basic technical support and escalate more complex issues to the relevant team members.
- Accurately record tasks, keep logs of issues, and maintain daily updates on the project's progress.
- Test and provide feedback on the new SharePoint platform's functionality.
- Support the project team with administrative tasks, including note-taking and organizing meetings.
Who We're Looking For:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Experience in an administrative or IT support role (bonus if you've worked in a digital transformation or migration project before).
- Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize workloads, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Nice to Have):
- Experience with SharePoint or other content management systems.
- Knowledge of PowerShell or other scripting languages.
- Advanced Excel skills.
