- Experience with project sales, account management and project management,
- Passionate and energic with a generative leadership style
- Driven, proactive and ambitious with the ability to encourage these behaviours in others
- A strong commercial acumen with a track record of developing relationships with a wide variety of clients
- Strong track record of success building excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Highly articulate and a clear communicator
- Flexible and agile, able to adapt to the needs of the business
AREA SALES MANAGER: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To confidently engage with businesses of all sizes to build commercial relationships
- Build a live portfolio of customers looking at increasing profit for each
- To re-activate lapsed customer relationships to increase sales opportunities
- Working to achieve and exceed all KPIs
- Working with the internal sales team to maximise opportunities and create growth
- Be an ambassador of the Company always providing excellent customer service, portraying a professional image throughout every interaction.
- To take ownership for cashflow and profitability of your customers.
- Utilise your internal sales support to assist you in planning site/company visits.
- Carry out site visits to existing and new customers to build rapport.
