Job Title: Finance Assistant
Location: Tenterden, Kent
Salary: £14ph
Contract: Temporary
Hours: 8:30am to 4pm, Monday to Friday
Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant and available immediately for Temporary work? We have a new vacancy just in working for a lovely employer in Tenterden with free parking available on site.
This is a temporary position starting straight away so please only apply if you have no notice period.
Main Responsibilities:
- Inputting financial data using SAGE
- Supporting the Finance Team with daily Banking duties
- Reconciling accounts
- Processing payments and purchase orders
- Bank reconciliation
- Preparing invoices
- Other Finance duties as required
Skills required for this position:
- Previous Accounts experience
- Experience using Sage
- Ability to work alone with little supervision
