Café / Bar Assistant
Reports to: Office Manager

Overview
To provide support by preparing and serving light breakfast/ lunch to the staff . The successful candidate will also be required to prepare buffets for meeting and serve refreshments to visitors.
Main Duties
- Serving customers and staff in our canteen area.
- Ensuring food hygiene standards during food preparation and cooking.
- Operating a coffee machine and serving tea and coffee to staff and visitors.
- Storing food in line with food standards to avoid any cross contamination.
- Ensuring personal hygiene is maintained through appropriate hand washing.
- Greeting staff and visitors.
- Ensuring payments are taken for food ordered by staff.
- Cleaning down the canteen area at the end of the working day.
- Order stock to ensure a smooth operation and no food shortages.
- Ensuring that correct health and safety procedures are adhered to.
- To look presentable in the correct LWC Drinks uniform at all times.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Kitchen experience.
- Good time Management.
- Presentable appearance at all times.
- High levels of personal hygiene.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- High standards and an attention to detail.
- Adherence to Food Safety Standards and Hygiene.
