As an Academic Mentor, your job will be to support students within a department suited to your preferred subject with their academics, as well as supporting with their well-being.

What will you do as an Academic Mentor?
- Run small, targeted interventions in groups and 1:1 for students who are struggling academically
- Run booster sessions for students inside and outside of the classroom- dependant on your subject speciality!
- Support class teachers across different subjects and support students development academically

PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Must have a 1st Class or 2:1 Degree from a reputable University
- Aspiring Primary or Secondary Teacher
- Must be willing to go above and beyond daily for the pupils
- Confidence is key throughout these roles/School
- Must be a team player
