Forward Role have exclusively partnered with a leading private healthcare provider for eye therapy & treatments to find a new Marketing Manager to join their growing team. In this role you will be responsible for driving all marketing activity combined with strategy and planning with the objective of increasing leads for the business through but online & offline activity.

About the role...

  • Develop and manage the marketing, media, and channel strategy with clear priorities to grow the business.
  • Develop, optimise, and oversee the delivery of an annual acquisition plan detailing on and offline activities, advertising, and marketing channels.
  • Drive patient experience with a comms plan and touchpoints supported with relevant, timely, and optimised marketing materials.
  • Create and deliver prospective lead generation and conversion media and marketing plan.
  • Set clear KPIs, targets, and monitor advertising ROI across all lead generation activity to continually optimise performance.
  • Oversee and manage the annual marketing budget, making recommendations for improvements, efficiencies, and innovations.
  • Deliver research and insights to support the development of consumer communications and enhance their experience with our marketing touchpoints.
  • Act as the brand guardian & ensure all communications are on brand.

What they are looking for...

  • You will ideally have 3-5 years' experience in marketing and experience working in healthcare specifically is desirable although not essential.
  • Significant marketing experience in a lead generation environment, across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Proven ability to think strategically, own a plan, and engage in all acquisition and customer journey multi-channel activities.
  • Extensive experience across all marketing channels, overseeing media and managing KPIs.
  • Proven track record in driving successful lead generation marketing campaigns.
