Customer Account Manager
Honiton area, EX14 - Dunkeswell
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Hybrid work, 1 day per week in the Office and travel to see your clients required.
Duties will include:
- Serve as the key point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Manage customer accounts.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Raise quotes for customers.
- Maintain the ERP system.
- Assist customers with order placement, cancellations, and modifications.
- Raise bills of materials.
- Engage with inactive customers and explore new opportunities to grow your accounts.
Requirements:
- Must be dynamic and driven.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an excellent telephone manner.
- Highly organised with the ability to calmly multi-task / juggle multiple account management projects at a time.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft packages.
- Experience in a similar role would be preferred.
