Sales Administrator

We have a role for a

Sales administrator

to support the sales team working with an engineering company supplying multiple industries.

The candidate will be expected to support the Sales teams core administration tasks including quoting, forecasting and diary management.

Appropriate training will be given depending on the experience of the candidate.

Flexible hours could be available and there is a real opprtunity for progression.

The role will be varied and involve all aspects of supporting the Sales and Application Engineering team administration including

  • Management of customer contracts and new contacts involving quoting and contacting customers to develop this part of the business
  • Developing sales campaigns on specific applications
  • Generating new opportunities and introduction meetings through business development and prospecting
  • The role will also support in investigating new leads and arranging meeting and demonstrations with potential customers at all levels within large and small organisations
  • Support the Sales teams core administration tasks including forecasting and diary management.

This position requires an organised, motivated, curious & proactive candidate.

The successful applicant will need to manage their time, meet project targets and work under their own initiative along with the sales team to pursue continual growth and maintain sales documentation.

The role is office based and the candidate will need to be PC literate with MS Office and CRM platforms.
