We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Exam Manager to join our team at an outstanding girls' school in London. This role is central to ensuring the smooth and effective management of all internal and external examinations, supporting our commitment to excellence in education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Examination Planning and Coordination: Oversee the scheduling, preparation, and administration of all exams, including GCSEs, A-Levels, and internal assessments.
- Compliance and Regulation: Ensure all processes comply with exam board and JCQ regulations, safeguarding the integrity of the examination process.
- Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate a team of invigilators, providing training and guidance to maintain a professional and efficient exam environment.
- Data Management: Organize and maintain accurate records of exam entries, results, and reporting, working closely with school leadership to analyze outcomes.
- Student Support: Assist students with exam-related queries, special arrangements, and ensure accessibility for all candidates.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Proven experience in exam administration, preferably within an educational setting.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
