Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our team, working with students from EYFS to KS4.
Key Requirements:
- SEND Experience: Prior experience working with children with special educational needs and disabilities is essential.
- Good Sense of Humour: The ability to bring joy and positivity into the classroom.
- Behaviour Management Strategies: Proven techniques to manage and support student behaviour effectively.
- Excellent Use of Initiative: Ability to think on your feet and adapt to varying situations.
- Supportive: A team player who collaborates well with colleagues, students, and parents.
- Understanding of Different Children's Needs and Learning Styles: Tailoring support to meet individual student needs for the best educational outcomes.
