Our client, a manufacturer within the Medical Device sector are looking to hire a Group Qualiy Project Lead.
This is mostly a remote position, however as this is a group role, there is about 15% travel throughout the year to various sites within the group.
This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on the organisation's Quality Assurance Strategy, aligning it with corporate goals and objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements through the effective implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), with a specific focus on software validation.
As the Group Quality Project Lead, your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading validation activities for new software systems, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of new systems while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Overseeing the continuous improvement of quality processes, with a specific focus on validation and software-related procedures.
- Managing Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes related to validation and software quality issues.
- Leading the development and improvement of the quality management system across the organisation, with a focus on software validation.
To be successful in this role, our client is looking for someone who has:
- Strong understanding and experience in validation, particularly within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working collaboratively with multiple departments and interfacing with manufacturing production sites.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to work across multiple sites.
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and an appreciation of quality principles.
- A solid foundation in operational validation and a desire to expand into QMS-related activities.
