Permanent - full time

Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:30pm

We are working with a highly reputable brand that is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator who prides themselves on delivering excellent customer service to support them in an exciting relaunch of one their products.

The role:

Working as part of a small and friendly team this busy role will see you being responsible for assisting with the sales process from start to finish which will include ensuring all paperwork is completed, documenting all sales, ordering and processing of the sales, liaising with factory regarding delivery times and ordering stock, and assisting with invoicing.

Skills required:

  • Previous experience of providing administrative support in a fast paced sales environment
  • Customer focused approach to work
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage changing priorities
  • High attention to detail
