Role – Sales Co-Ordinator

I am currently working with a large, national organisation who are looking for a Sales Co-Ordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Job Purpose:
To provide analytical and administrational support to both the Sales & Marketing Director and his PA to ensure the smooth running of the Commercial Team.
Essential skills:
- To assist in the completion of all weekly and monthly sales spreadsheets, keeping track of sales targets and assisting in the production of monthly board reports
- To update forecasting documents on a regular basis and distribute to the wider business to ensure the most up-to-date information is available
- To assist in the organisation of meetings and the preparation of all meeting documentation including sales data analysis, PowerPoint presentations, slide formulation, printing and organising of corporate hospitality
- To provide cover for the Sales & Marketing Directors' PA in a diary management and minute taking capacity
- To provide cover for each Account Executive, familiarising yourself with the regular reports required for each customer account
- To provide administrative support to the sales team
- To attend relevant meetings when requested in a minute taking capacity
- Ad hoc visits to other sites as and when required
Requirements:
- Experience of using Excel and PowerPoint
- Must be capable of working accurately and diligently to agreed timescales
- Capable of working autonomously when required
- Ability to think around a problem to develop solutions, and use initiative to get desired results
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive and flexible approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Full driving licence
