- Salary: Up to £31,076 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage four small supported living services in Bradford.
- Ensure services meet all CQC standards and contract requirements.
- Coordinate comprehensive quality and contract monitoring processes.
- Foster a culture of responsive, person-centred practice.
- Recruit, select, and support staff to deliver high-quality care.
- Develop community connections and promote the wellbeing and quality of life for service users.
- Manage staff resources efficiently to ensure continuous, reliable service delivery.
Essential Requirements:
- At least three years of relevant experience supporting people with learning disabilities and/or autism.
- At least two years of experience in managing and supervising staff.
- Knowledge of CQC requirements and care standards.
- A commitment to person-centred values and ethical practice.
- Excellent written communication skills for professional case summaries and reports.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and support staff effectively.
