Are you a caring, dynamic, and highly motivated professional? This company is seeking a dedicated Registered Service Manager to lead our Bradford Personalised Services team.   • Salary: Up to £31,076 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage four small supported living services in Bradford.
  • Ensure services meet all CQC standards and contract requirements.
  • Coordinate comprehensive quality and contract monitoring processes.
  • Foster a culture of responsive, person-centred practice.
  • Recruit, select, and support staff to deliver high-quality care.
  • Develop community connections and promote the wellbeing and quality of life for service users.
  • Manage staff resources efficiently to ensure continuous, reliable service delivery.

Essential Requirements:

  • At least three years of relevant experience supporting people with learning disabilities and/or autism.
  • At least two years of experience in managing and supervising staff.
  • Knowledge of CQC requirements and care standards.
  • A commitment to person-centred values and ethical practice.
  • Excellent written communication skills for professional case summaries and reports.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and support staff effectively.
