Job Title: Artwork Coordinator

Location: Maidenhead (moving to Slough from 2025)

Working Pattern: Full Time (37.5 hours), Hybrid working

Daily Rate: From £161.82

Our client, a leading company in the FMCG industry, is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Artwork Coordinator to join their dynamic team. With over 300 new packs created annually, you will play a crucial role in coordinating packaging artwork for some of their categories within the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage packaging artwork projects across a diverse portfolio of brands and categories.
  • Oversee the end-to-end artwork process, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and legal requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
  • Identify potential risks and provide solutions to ensure on-time and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive seamless coordination.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the artwork process.
  • Ensure consistency and quality of artwork across all product lines.
  • Balance multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience in project management within a branded FMCG business or Artwork Agency.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with various departments and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of delivering outstanding results.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • High attention to detail and excellent writing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and make informed decisions under pressure.
