About the role:

We're currently looking for an enthusiastic teaching assistant to work full-time at a fantastic primary school in Chichester, West Sussex. This will be working as a general classroom assistant, working alongside the class teacher and taking small groups.
This role starts in September 2024.

Our teaching assistants' duties can include:
- Working with small groups of children in KS2 - Year 6
- Providing interventions
- Be willing to adapt to the needs of different abilities
The ideal applicant will have:
- Some experience of working with children
- A real passion for education and improving the attainment of pupils
- Resilience
- Experience dealing with challenging behaviour
