Senior Employee Relations Consultant - Global

Our client, a global leader in the Technology space is looking for a senior and experienced employee Relations specialist to support a review of the current internal ER processes and capabilities and to implement a more progressive approach to managing ER across their global regions.

You will be the escalated point of contact for the regional HR teams across all global territories, and will provide guidance and support on managing escalated and highly complex cases.

Key accountabilities will include:

Provide advice and support to global senior management and employees to implement Employee Relations processes and to ensure there is alignment across the organisation

Lead and direct due diligence and risk responsibilities associated with people changes.

Maintain integrity of records and documentation required for employee relations issues.

Develop and enhance in house Employee Relations approach across the organisations including, improving processes, developing policies and generating innovation regarding Employee Relations matters.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a true global role. You will need to have experience working within International Employee Relations, where you can demonstrate knowledge of multiple jurisdictions, demonstrating excellent commercial acumen at all times. A background working in complex working environments would be ideal as would the ability to illustrate how you have operated in highly collaborative organisations.
