Responsibilities:
- As a Graduate Product Specialist you'll solve problems for customers by performing basic troubleshooting.
- Drive software upgrades, configuration changes and other fixes to production systems.
- Communicate with users and identify root cause of issues.
- Be able to work on multiple projects at the same time.
- Communicate with customers in a polite and professional manner, ensuring that all questions are answered.
- Adhere to a schedule or deadlines.
- Build and test custom PC audio workstations.
- Manage and prepare demo equipment.
- Take care of customer support calls and emails
- Manage and configure orders ready for shipping
- Liaise with manufacturers to ensure that issues are reported and fixed
- Assist the sales team in product demonstrations and trade shows highlighting the strengths and features of the products Emerging offers
About you:
- A Degree in Audio Engineering or related field
- Good technical understanding and passion for audio technology
- Polite & confident manner, comfortable with talking with customers.
- Good MAC & Microsoft Windows proficiency
