Salary: Salary's will align with the Main Pay Scale (MPS) + SEN Allowance

Reed Education are currently supporting various schools across the Oxfordshire, Milton Keynes, and Buckinghamshire areas who are looking for SEND Teachers to join their schools to support their students.
The schools we work with support students with various need types, such as:
- Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
- Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH)
- Challenging Behaviour
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience Teaching in your Specialist subject.
- Good classroom management skills.
- Educated in Special Educational Needs (SEND) such as ASD, ADHD, and challenging behaviours, as well as demonstrated experience in a SEND setting.
- The ability to be compassionate, resilient, proactive, and patient.
