This role will be pivotal in managing the reward team, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the reward initiatives align and support high performance.

- Lead and implement compensation packages to attract and retain top performers within the sector.
- Coordinate the business' annual reward cycle
- Quality analysis and reporting
- Market research and benchmarking – liaising with management regarding improvements
