This role will be pivotal in managing the reward team, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the reward initiatives align and support high performance.

What will Reward Manager role involve?

  • Lead and implement compensation packages to attract and retain top performers within the sector.
  • Coordinate the business' annual reward cycle
  • Quality analysis and reporting
  • Market research and benchmarking – liaising with management regarding improvements
