A software and technology firm are looking for a locum financial controller for their headquarters in Newmarket. This is a hybrid working role and either full or part-time hours will be considered, but you will need to be based at the Newmarket office for a minimum of 2 days per week. This is an ongoing role until the firm are able to recruit on a permanent basis.
Requirements for this position are as follows:
- Suitable qualifications e.g. ACCA, CTA, CFA, etc
- Degree qualified, preferably in a STEM subject
- Exceptionally computer literate, preferably with some programming experience e.g. SQL, Python, etc
- Expert user of Xero accounting
- Cash flow reporting 3-year forecast
- Financial Planning and Analysis experience
- Payroll experience
In addition, you must have good communications skills, both written and oral, and the ability to work alone as well as part of a team.
