We're currently looking for a SHE Advisor to join our Haverfordwest Creamery team on a fixed term basis for 12 months.

The Role

As a SHE Advisor, you will provide health, safety and environmental advice and guidance at our site in Haverfordwest.

You will champion a culture of safety and continuous improvement whilst ensuring health, safety and environmental compliance, delivering training in safe behaviours and working practices and communicating and reporting areas of concern.

Developing and maintaining our Safety, Health and Environmental Management System, you'll oversee day-to-day practices and conformance, maintain oversight of any changes in legislation and industry guidance and undertake regular compliance checks.

Additionally, you will:

  • Ensure statutory checks are completed in accordance with the relevant legislation
  • Own and manage the health surveillance plan
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

About You

To be considered as SHE Advisor, you will need:

  • To hold a NEBOSH Certificate (NVQ Level 3 equivalent)
  • To be a member of IOSH, IEMA and/or IES
  • Familiarity with project management tools & software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
