My client in Walsall is looking to recruit an Occupational Therapy Assistant for their Adult Social Care Team for a 3 month initial contract.
- Rate: From £17p/h
- Location: Walsall
- Contract: 3 month initial contract with the view of extension
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 -17:00
About the role:
- Manage an independent caseload assessing people with physical disabilities/ sensory impairment/ mental ill health/ learning disabilities.
- Visit citizens in their own homes (with other professional staff when required) and assess their potential and needs for equipment/minor adaptations/assistive technology.
- Review equipment provision with the service user and ensure all needs have been met.
About you:
- Previous experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant is essential.
- Must be a car driver.
