A rapidly expanding FMCG business with significant YOY growth are looking for a Supply Planner to join their team. As Supply Planner you will be responsible for placing orders with suppliers, ensuring inventory is kept within agreed parameters and driving forecast accuracy by working collaboratively with key stakeholders.
About the person:
- Foster collaborative relationships with suppliers, arrange material calls off and track product movements into the distribution centre
- Monitor supplier performance against SLAs, highlight any issues to supply
- Ensure inventory is kept within agreed parameters, monitor any SLOBs stocks
- Assist with forecasting and demand planning, challenge the data and work collaboratively with key stakeholders to drive forecast accuracy
About the person:
- Previous experience working within a planning role would be preferred but those with experience as part of a University course will be considered
- Ability to build strong relationships with suppliers
- Excel experience
- SAP experience would be preferable
- Great communication skills
- Self starter capable of working in an agile environment
