HR Manager

We are pleased to be recruiting on behalf a leading and successful financial services client seeking to recruit an HR Manager,

Candidates will be responsible for working as part of a small, but expanding HR team within this fast growing business. You will be responsible for delivering HR advice and proactive support relating to a variety of HR related queries to the business. You will support on all ER matters including performance, absence, disciplinary etc as well as supporting the business with a range of project based work around areas including M&A, restructures, benchmarking etc. You will also have line responsibility for a small but growing HR team.

Our client is seeking someone who is ideally Chartered or Level 7 CIPD qualified, who is able to work pro-actively and with a high attention to detail and who has strong communication skills. Demonstrable experience of working in an HR Manager or HR Business Partner (HRBP) role is essential as is someone who is flexible, understands the importance of confidentiality and who has advanced interpersonal skills. Candidates with proven M&A and financial services or insurance experience would be highly preferable.

In return our client is looking to offer a competitive basic salary of £60-65k as well as flexible / home working.
