We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Administrator to join our client in Watnall. This role requires someone who is comfortable handling incoming sales calls, processing orders This position offers significant growth and development opportunities!

Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming sales calls and managing incoming sales enquiries via email.
  • Quoting sales enquiries and processing sales orders with administrative support.
  • Distributing high-level sales enquiries to senior team members
  • Making follow-up calls with clients to inform them of new products and promotions.
  • Assisting with customer complaint resolution and updating customer records with new contact details and notes.
  • Customer account handling and driving sales growth through excellent customer service and prospective customer contact.
  • Raising supplier Purchase Orders (POs).

Requirements:

  • Driving license essential.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales administrator role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in managing multiple tasks and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
