I am recruiting for an innovative and rapidly growing tech company specializing in crypto currency mining using machine learning and data science.
This exciting new business is passionate about leveraging technology to increase value of new currencies and decentralised incentivised commodities marketplace. I am looking for a talented MLOps Engineer to join the business and drive machine learning operations to new heights.
Role overview:
As an MLOps Engineer, you will be pivotal in maintaining and enhancing the machine learning infrastructure. You will work closely with our data scientists and software engineers to deploy, manage, and scale our machine learning models. This role requires strong technical expertise in Python and back-end development, with a focus on Docker, AWS, and Nginx. Experience with deployment tooling such as Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, and ECS is a bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Python Development: Utilize your 5+ years of experience with Python (Django, FastAPI) to develop and maintain robust backend systems.
- Back-End Tooling: Implement and manage Docker, AWS, Nginx, and RESTful APIs to support our machine learning operations.
- Deployment Tooling: Leverage your knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, and ECS to deploy and scale machine learning models (experience with these tools is beneficial but not required).
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists and software engineers to ensure seamless integration and deployment of machine learning models.
- Optimisation: Continuously improve and optimise machine learning infrastructure for performance and scalability.
- Problem-Solving: Apply excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with Python (Django, FastAPI).
- Proficiency in Docker, AWS, Nginx, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with deployment tooling (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, ECS) is a bonus but not required.
- Strong team collaboration skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Passion for working in early-stage startups and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
