- This boutique Law firm based in Newton Abbot is recruiting into the Conveyancing team and searching for a technically excellent Lawyer
- There is already an abundance of work to be getting on with - with referrals from other departments
- Working within this small practice you will be a true team player
- Have admin support
What will you do?
- Handle a mixture of Sales & Purchase files
- Also manage Freehold, Leasehold, new build, shared ownership, help to buy, remortgage and Equity transactions
- Potential to also handle matrimonial property matters
- Work on a realistic sized caseload within this supportive team
- Work closely with the department head
What do you need?
- Ideally at least 2 years' PQE as a Solicitor or Legal Executive
- Residential Property Law experience
- To be able to hit the ground running
