Responsibilities:
- Client Relations: Act as a regional representative, maintaining strong client relationships and following up on sales and marketing activities.
- Internal Collaboration: Foster good working relationships with internal and external business functions.
- Budget Management: Understand and meet budgetary expectations for the role.
- Business Development: Continuously feed the opportunity pipeline with qualified prospects.
- Sales Meetings: Plan and prepare for sales meetings effectively, including customer profiling and action plans.
- Industry Presence: Be a committed brand ambassador across Europe, including industry conferences and exhibitions.
- Client Visits: Undertake client visits to promote our products and services, ensuring clear business plans are in place.
- Sales Enquiries: Follow up on inquiries, process customer feedback, and provide additional information.
- Marketing Involvement: Participate in marketing activities such as exhibitions, advertising, and press releases.
- Collaboration with D&E Department: Coordinate project scheduling as required.
- Strategic Contribution: Contribute to business strategy and the introduction of new products/services.
- Other Responsibilities: As instructed by the UK/CE Area Vice President.
Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate possesses:
- Extensive Experience: Working with lower completions, completions systems, drilling, and cementing operations.
- Well Completion Expertise: Familiarity with Zonal Isolation, MEPs, SCP, AICD applications, and Liner hangers.
- Sales Background: Previous sales experience, including business development and a strong client network in the UK and Continental Europe.
- Commercial Mindset: A strategic approach to sales and growth.
- Networking Skills: Ability to open new markets and build client relationships.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
