Our client is a well-established plumbing & heating business that prides themselves on service, due to continued success they are expanding the division. We are seeking an experienced Schedular / Planner to join the team.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling job cards for the external engineering teams
- Taking technical calls with business customers & residential customers
- Using the inhouse scheduling system - BigChange
- Responding to customer emails
- Booking parts and dealing with suppliers
- Managing new stock and parts that come into the business
- Processing invoices
- Managing new quotes
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail along with multitasking skills
- Competent IT skills
- Ability to manage own workload
