Job Overview:

We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable company seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant. This role focuses on supporting warehousing logistics, customer service, and export administration, ensuring efficient operations and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Documentation: Generate customer order documentation for pick, despatch, and collection.
  • Order Processing: Handle computer-based orders and system transactions efficiently.
  • KPI Tracking: Track customer service KPIs and metrics from initiation to completion.
  • Customer Communication: Inform customers about potential product/service issues and handle complaints effectively.
  • Liaison: Work closely with operation department heads to resolve issues and provide feedback to customers.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform standard customer service duties such as filing, copying, and answering phone calls.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, warehousing logistics, or export administration.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft applications and computer-based order processing.
  • Communication Skills: Clear communication and emotional intelligence skills to handle customer interactions.
  • Time Management: Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn, develop, and take on additional responsibilities.
