Project Support Administrator
Chester
£14.35 - £17.90 per hour (£28,000 - £32,000 on a permanent basis)
Working as part of a small, friendly and motivated team, the Project Support Administrator will be key to the smooth running of the team and all projects.
This is a temporary to permanent role starting immediately, with hybrid working. Duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Set up jobs and report on profitability using an inhouse database
- Preparation of training materials
- Management and issue of safety equipment to Engineers
- Set up and minute meetings
- Drafting work processes
- General administrative tasks, such as booking travel as and when required
- Support procurement with placing orders as and when required
- Control room support which includes taking calls to the control room, logging work requests and ensuring all client requests are dealt with in a timely manner
Essential Skills:
- Managing projects and project finances
- Highly developed computers skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
- Able to manage your own workload and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines
- Must be able to confidentially deal with customers
- Work scheduling
- Well-developed organisational skills
- A professional and proactive approach
Desirable Skills:
- Experience working in an engineering company
- Qualifications in a relevant area
- Visio or similar infographic skills
- Social media skills
- Project management / control software
- Data science
