A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an organised and enthusiastic administrator. The successful candidate will be supporting the Secretarial & Business Support department in a range of administrative duties.

Our client is a well-established charity that operates on a large scale They are renowned for their commitment to supporting their staff and the community they serve.

Description

  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Assist in the organisation of events and campaigns
  • Maintain accurate records of donations and activities
  • Liaise with donors and other stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes
  • Support the wider Secretarial & Business Support department as required

Profile

A successful administrator should have:

  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • An understanding of the charity sector
