Role - Commercial Account Handler
Salary - £30,000 to £40,000

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Account Handler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance broking and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Understanding client requirements and providing suitable insurance solutions
- Negotiating with insurers to obtain the best terms for clients
- Handling policy renewals, amendments, and claims efficiently
- Ensuring compliance with insurance regulations and company procedures
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar insurance broking role
- Excellent knowledge of commercial insurance products and market trends
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office suite
Day-to-day
- Communicating with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Liaising with insurers to obtain quotes and coverage options
- Reviewing policy documents and providing advice to clients
- Processing policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations
- Collaborating with the team to deliver outstanding client service
